Regarding the issue of Monthly Ticket being automatically cancelled, compensation has been distributed to the applying players.

We have confirmed the issue of Monthly Ticket being automatically cancelled for some players.

The issue is currently under investigation.
For the players who had the Monthly Ticket cancelled by this issue, we will provide compensation as follows.

[Compensation Item]
-Gold Ticket: 7 Gems
-Silver Ticket: 5 Gems
-Bronze Ticket: 3 Gems

*The compensation items are added up in case the issue occurs for multiple purchased Tickets.
(e.g.: If the issue occurs for Gold Ticket and Bronze Ticket, compensation Gems will be [7 Gems + 3 Gems] total of 10 Gems.)
*Compensation will not be provided if the players cancel by themselves.

Please note that distribution may take time as it will be done after the investigation.
